Roxanna Lazo

I've been in property management for over 26 years, first working with Developers and The Illinois Housing Development Authority as well as Cook County Housing to build Affordable Senior Housing throughout Illinois and Chicagoland. As a Director of Property Management it was my job to secure tax credits to help fund these projects an to continue to keep the development in compliance so the tax credits gained were not lost. I hired qualified and compassionate staff which allowed building to always be 100% leased. The knowledge, experiences and relationships I've gained over the years lead me to make the decision to open my own company "Lazo Property Management, LLC." allowing me to set the service standards that I've always felt my clients deserved.
